I am a Trauma Informed therapist with a Humanistic approach combining the principles of understanding and addressing the impact of trauma with a focus on individuals worth, dignity and capacity for self-healing. I will offer a safe place where you can feel empowered to make choices and share your experiences openly.
Together we can explore how you are affeced by your experiences, what has happened to you, we will look at triggers and emotions you are going through, the symptoms and behaviours as a result from trauma. Working together we will rebuild a sense of control, healing, resilience and empowerment.
