Grounded in a person-centred and humanistic approach, I believe that you are the expert on your own life. To best support your unique journey, I combine this foundation with trauma-informed care and supportive techniques like DBT, EFT and stabilisation exercises.

My professional experience includes extensive work supporting survivors of trauma and sexual abuse, as well as those facing profound emotional challenges. I help individuals find stability, strength and healing. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, managing anxiety or processing past trauma, I am here to hep you feel heard, validated and empowered.

My approach

I am trauma-informed therapist with a humanistic approach. I combine an understanding of the impact of trauma with focus on each individual’s worth, dignity and capacity for healing. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel empowered to make your own choices and share your experiences openly, at your own pace.

Together, we can explore how your experiences have affected you and what has happened in your life. We can look at your triggers and emotions, as well as any symptoms or behaviours that may have developed as a result of trauma. Through our work together, we can begin to rebuild a sense of control an support healing, resilience and empowerment.

I offer confidential sessions both face-to-face and online, in English and Latvian.

When you feel ready to take the next step, please get it touch to arrange a free initial consultation, and find out whether we would be good fit to work together.

A personal note

Taking the first step into therapy takes a great deal of courage, and I am so glad you are here.
My journey towards becoming a counsellor began with a simple and genuine desire to understand how we navigate life’s most diffuclt moments. Through my work with people and my first steps into counselling in 2020, I became increasingly drawn to supporting those who have experienced trauma.
I don’t sit across from you as an expert with all the answers, nor do I believe that you need to be fixed. Instead, I see therapy as a team effort built on care, genuine warmth, authenticity, safety and empathy.
Outside of my counselling practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, practising mindfulness and working on creative projects.

Ready to take the next step?I’d be happy to talk and see how I can help.
