I am a trauma informed therapist working in a Person-centred way and may incorporate other therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. Working together I can help you to explore the thoughts, feelings, and emotions, you are going through right now, help you to understand your behaviour and any difficulties you are experiencing, in a safe and supportive environment, and help you to move forward in life in a more positive way.
I work in Rochester, Kent and in London. I offer one-to-one sessions for adults in person or online. I offer short and long term counselling. Before you commit to counselling I am offering an initial phone call to ensure I meet your needs, and you can decide if you would like to work with me.
